Illegal Activities

You may not promote our sites or position our content in association with child pornography, bestiality, rape, torture or stolen content.

Absolutely no spamming! This includes unsolicited emails, instant messages, chat room messages and newsgroups.

Cheating

You cheat - you lose! This includes the use of scripts or any other method of artificially generating traffic or sales.

False Advertising

You may not use our advertising materials to advertise a website or page that does not contain our content.

Password Sharing Sites

You may not advertise our websites on pages that promote unauthorized paysite user name and password sharing.

International Webmasters

International Webmasters from the following countries will not be accepted. Please contact us if you are from one of these countries and feel you should be allowed to participate in the program

Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Yugoslavia.

Webmasters from the United States

US webmasters are required to use the NON-SEXUAL advertising collateral provided as a part of the Gunzblazing program so as to comply with Section 2257 record keeping requirements.

Payment Terms

All payments are made in US Dollars. Payments are made every two weeks by check, Epassporte or wire.

Trial Memberships

Pistol Media reserves the right to remove trial-membership sale options from the join/sign-up pages of sites within the Gunzblazing program at any time.

Technology

Pistol Media will not be held responsible for technical failures resulting in downtime or delays that affect the performance of the Gunzblazing program or our sites.

Termination

We reserve the right to cancel this Agreement at any time. Should this occur, you will notified and any money owing paid to you. However in the event that you have broken any of our term and conditions, you will not be paid.

Upon termination of this agreement or our request, all material related to Gunzblazing and Pistol Media must be removed from your sites.
